SIMON SCOTT
Age: 40 PB: 52lb
Simon Scott’s knowledge of carp fishing bears no bounds. Chief lecturer at Sparsholt College, Simon has a unique understanding of the behaviours and anatomy of a carp’s body.
In other words, there’s no one better to explain the habits and characteristics of the way that a carp goes about its daily routine.
Having caught carp from some of the countries hardest waters – The mighty Wraysbury, Yateley Car Park and Nutsey to name but a few, Simon is simply one of the best around.
His favourite and probably most successful method has to be creeping upon margin-feeding carp and ambushing them before they know it. This takes stealth and precision so you’ll learn much about his finely-tuned rigs to outwit these specimens within close quarters.
