GAZ FAREHAM
Age: 30 PB: 52lb 3oz
Raised fishing hard, northern circuit waters such as Reedsmere, Gaz has flourished into an outstanding carp angler and is often touted as one of the best.
Gaz’s strength has to be the way that he adapts and applies himself to a new water. Having fished such an array of mere’s, reservoirs and lakes; distance fishing, stalking, floater fishing and zigging etc all come naturally, making him an extremely versatile carp angler.
A very talented artist, having sketched in some well-know carp literature such as Terry Hearn’s (In Pursuit Of The Largest), Gaz’s attention to detail on the finer points of angling, such as rig construction are second to none. They have to be some of the neatest rigs around.
Gaz has caught a whole host of big carp already this year including some sought-after fish from Yateley Car Park. You cannot fail to learn from this guy!
