DANNY FAIRBRASS
Age: 39 PB: 44lb 8oz (UK) 62lb 10oz (France)
Danny Fairbrass, the gaffer, was the founder of Korda Developments and along with a great team has made Korda what it is today. Having begun his career traipsing around Walthamstow Reservoirs selling leads from his bucket, Danny has come a long, long way.
With a creative, trustworthy and innovative team behind him, Danny likes to spend time out the office and maximise his fishing efforts - whether that’s in the form of a magazine article, television series or his own personal angling in pursuit of whackers.
Over the past few years, Dan has managed some truly magnificent specimens from both home and abroad to over 60lb in weight. His mind is constantly in overdrive innovating and developing new ideas to help improve his catch rates.
Spodding accurately at distance is Danny’s forte, as is his art to PVA stick fishing. His rigs are also very interesting and having experienced so much on the popular Underwater Films is always tweaking the mechanics of them. Keep an eye out as Danny contributes to all things carpy among the pages of the website.
