LINE AND HOOK LINKS

Just like all our other products, hook links and leaders were only added to our range because of what was available on the market – in other words it didn’t do exactly the job we asked of it. We have always maintained that we are developers, not innovators, so you will not see any radically new products, but there are many improvements on that theme.

Some prime examples have to be the braided leader known as Arma Kord, which proved to be up to 5 times more abrasion resistant than the leading competitor when dragged across a brick under 2lb of load! It is very thin for its diameter and is finished in a nice wishy-washy brown colour, which we know is difficult to identify.

Since then, there have been many different additions to the lines and hook links range including our very first main line – the massively limp, abrasion resistant and soft Adrenaline. Once again, this has been thoroughly developed for a purpose, namely long-distance angling – Danny’s forte.

There are several other hooklength's too, which include Supernatural – a supple braid constructed for PVA bag fishing or targeting wary carp that are used to ejecting stiffer links. Then there’s the Hybrid range of coated braids – designed in both Stiff and Soft to create the ultimate combi links.

Finally, a fluorocarbon finishes the range for all you mono fanatics out there. In water, it literally turns invisible. Available in both stiff and soft, it can be used for either hooklength's or leaders, which are used by top carp anglers Joe Morgan and Ian Russell.

Each link is available in a range of different breaking strains allowing use in the UK or in Europe, whereby a little more strength may be required. You cannot fail to be impressed!
