Here are the bits you will need for Ed's IQ2 D-Rig.

Take a 12 inch length of IQ2.

Whip on a Size 6 Wide Gape using a Knotless Knot.

Thread an Oval Rig-Ring on to the tag end.

Pass the tag end back through the eye of the hook.

Create the size of the D required and blob the tag-end using a lighter.

Tie an Figure of eight loop in the other end of the rig.

Next take a long length of Bait-Floss.

Select your hook-baits and using a baiting needle, slide them down the Bait-Floss.

Using an over-hand knot, secure a hair stop in place.

Trim the excess Bait-Floss and blob with a lighter to secure.

The IQ D-Rig was first made popular by the fantastic Underwater Films.

Over the following years, It has accounted for countless carp and although it can be used to catch fish of all sizes, it has also gained a reputation as a big-fish rig.
The rapid speed it can be tied in, its anti-tangle properties and the simplicity of the set-up make this rig a firm favourite for anglers of all abilities.
