Pull off three feet of Kable Leadcore.

Splice your swivel onto the leadcore.

Bore out the hard plastic insert with a pair of scissors.

Tuck the swivel and leadcore into the front of the lead, like this.
DROP-OFF INLINE LEAD: STEP 8
Wrap the leadcore around the lead and then fix it in place using a tail rubber.
DROP-OFF INLINE LEAD: STEP 9
That's it, a simple rig that will cast well and eject the lead once a fish is hooked.

There are times when the key to landing fish is dropping the lead, and if you prefer using inline leads, then this is the way to set it up. Because the lead is set to drop off, it becomes very hard for the fish to get rid of the rig, once hooked.
