ACCOUNT MANAGER - (SOUTH, SOUTH-WEST ENGLAND)

Garth has been working in the Angling Trade since 2000, when he worked as a sales rep for Gardner Tackle for 3 years, before taking on the role of Business Development Manager for Advanced Carp Fishing Magazine at David Hall Publishing where he managed amongst others, the Korda account.

Born in Derbyshire in 1976 Garth started fishing in 1987 and grew up with a match fishing background before progressing onto targeting larger specimens of most species. Garth has since fished all over the country on various lakes and rivers and has wet a line as far as New Zealand.

Whilst very experienced in all facets of angling Garth's first love has always been carp and after a 4 year break in Sheffield, whilst he studied for his Bsc Hons in Business Management, he moved south so that he could be closer to the large carp of the Colne Valley.

Now a vastly experienced angler Garth prefers targeting lower stocked venues and has successfully fished waters such as Horton Church Lake, Fox Pool and Summerleaze amongst others and current UK PB is 43.10.

Outside Angling Garth has travelled much of the world, enjoys photography, supports the mighty Derby county and is a tremendous singer!
