PRODUCTION MANAGER

Sean Stockdale, Woody as many know him, has fished since the age of 10, sprat bashing in and around Essex. He finally got the carp bug in 1994. Following on from a fanatical time spent fishing it had to take a bit of a back seat due to heavy work commitments.

That said, he still made time and often fished quick overnight sessions on Aveley, Sandhurst and Layer Pits to name but a few. As Woody’s fishing time in England is limited he tries to visit foreign waters at least once a year, for a break if anything, and has managed to bank colossal giants to 58lb.

Woody has worked for Korda since 2002, spending two years as production supervisor before he flourished to Production Manager in 2005. Originally from a catering and hospitality background, Woody’s hands on approach and ability to resolve problems makes him a valuable asset. This, in turn, contributes to the smooth running of the manufacturing department.

He is ultimately responsible for all lead-related matters including the quality of the finished product. Any queries regarding leads can be directed towards woody and he will do his utmost to rectify any problems.
