HEAD OF OPERATIONS (UK)

Damian is responsible for managing all of the team at Korda on a day-to-day basis as well as working closely with Danny Faibrass, Adam Penning and Tom Dove on the conception, design and development of all new products.

Damo, as he has become known, has been fishing since he was 11 years old. He cut his teeth on Layer Pits before moving onto lakes such The Garrison. After this he went onto much bigger things and tempted the stunning Snake Pit Common, which at the time was a British record common and weighed in at a monstrous 45lb 12oz.

Damian’s meticulous attention to detail ensures that all of Korda’s products are manufactured to the highest specifications and quality. This constant search for perfection has seen him become very successful in his angling, filling his album with stacks of fish to over 30lb. He's recently been extremely successful abroad, taking fish to 54lb.
